Terms of Service
Last updated: 2026-04-28
By using Utility Pages (the "site") you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
1. Free use
All tools on this site are provided free of charge. You may use them for personal or commercial purposes. No attribution is required.
2. No warranties
The tools are provided "as is", without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee that calculations are accurate, error-free, or up to date. While we put real effort into accuracy (citing official tax brackets, established formulas, etc.), bugs and outdated data happen.
3. Not professional advice
Tax calculators are not tax advice. Health calculators are not medical advice. Finance calculators are not investment advice. Legal generators are not legal advice. For decisions that matter, consult a qualified professional.
4. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from your use of the site — including but not limited to financial loss, missed deadlines, or wrong calculations.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the site to break the law or to harm others.
- Attempt to overwhelm our servers with automated requests beyond reasonable use.
- Reverse-engineer the site for the purpose of building a competing product (you can clone the math — it's public — but please don't scrape our content wholesale).
- Use any of the random/generator tools (passwords, UUIDs, names) for malicious purposes.
6. Intellectual property
The site design, text, layout, and original content (excluding open-source dependencies and public-domain formulas) are © Utility Pages. Calculator formulas themselves are typically public-domain mathematics and not owned by anyone.
7. Third-party services
We embed third-party services (analytics, ads, font CDNs). Their terms govern your interaction with them. See our privacy policy for details.
8. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the site evolves. Material changes will be highlighted on the home page for at least 14 days before taking effect.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the operator's country of residence. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction.
